The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the new Alliance and it’s goal to stimulate information sharing about earthquakes, preparedness and mitigation among decision-makers, local, state, and federal governments, historians, educators, scientists and engineers, emergency responders, business and industry leaders, and the public sector.
